You are the coolest couple I don't know! Start getting these lagers in The Edgewater, Hopleaf, ... maybe even dare I say it Carol's! Haha... Seriously best of luck with the build out and make sure the Wachowski Bros. don't go all Matrix on your beer supply!
That is by far the best brewery space I've seen trolling through brewery start-up blogs. I love the authenticity of the bare wood rafters and stone wall. It kind of reminds me of the untouchables movie...I can see Elliot Ness busting in and grabbing a pint.
Rock on natural lighting and makeshift outhouse. Can't wait to see the finished product.
